Queen Precious Nwodo Wins “Kindness Without Borders” Award at StudRussia 2025 — A Triumph for Humanity and Service

The Queen Precious Nwodo Foundation (QPNF) is proud to celebrate our Founder and President, Queen Precious Nwodo, for her outstanding achievement at the All-Russian International Student Competition—StudRussia 2025, where she emerged as the Winner of the “Kindness Without Borders” (Global Compassion) category.

Held in Moscow, Russia, the competition brought together talented international students from across Russia who have distinguished themselves in academics, social impact, and volunteerism. Among thousands of participants, Queen Precious Nwodo, a foreign PhD scholar, stood out for her remarkable humanitarian work and commitment to transforming lives through the Queen Precious Nwodo Foundation.

A Life of Purpose, Compassion, and Global Impact
Queen Precious Nwodo is not just a scientist — she is a changemaker. A Biomedical Laboratory Scientist, Public Health Specialist, Cancer Researcher, Entrepreneur, Brand Ambassador, and Humanitarian Leader, her journey is defined by resilience, passion, and impact. Currently a PhD scholar in Clinical Medicine (Oncology and Radiation Therapy), she combines scientific research with social responsibility, proving that science and service can coexist beautifully.

Her leadership has earned her numerous international awards and recognitions, including:

  • GirlLEAD Women In Data and DataCamp Scholarship recipient by The GirlLEAD Project & DataCamp (2023): Given to females and researchers of African descent to advance skills in data.

  • Daily Trust Newspaper Recognition (2018): Top 10 Young Nigerians who sought their opinions about their plans for Nigeria’s future
  • Daily Trust Newspaper Recognition (2018): Youth Ville recognition given to an exceptional commitment to campaigning against rape
  • Miss Charming Nigeria (2017): Female winner of beauty contest through intelligence, charisma and outstanding stage performance. A yearly award title for young girls to be crowned as Beauty Queen at the national level via nation-building, campaigns and outreaches themed around the “war against rape and sexual molestation in Nigeria”

She has also participated in numerous national and international conferences, including those hosted by the World Health Organization (WHO), Roscongress Foundation, and Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, where she contributed to discussions on epidemiology, preventive medicine, digital health, and cancer research.

Over seven Years of Service Through the Queen Precious Nwodo Foundation
For over seven impactful years, Queen Precious has led the Queen Precious Nwodo Foundation (QPNF)—a dynamic non-profit organisation that continues to empower lives, inspire change, and build healthier communities across Nigeria and beyond.

Through her foundation, she has:

  • Organised 15+ charity outreaches for the less privileged:
    Through strategic community mobilisation and health-focused outreach programmes, she has reached hundreds of low-income families—improving their overall well-being by an estimated 30% through access to food, healthcare, and psychosocial support.
  • Initiated the Educational School Tour Project (2018–Present):
    A youth-centred initiative that empowers students across secondary schools in Nigeria. The programme focuses on rape prevention, sexual molestation awareness, drug abuse education, and entrepreneurship training. The tours have positively influenced school environments and built resilience among young people.
  • Mentorship and Youth Empowerment:
    Through public speaking sessions, talk shows, online seminars, and inter-school quiz competitions, Queen Precious has mentored over 5,000 students, helping them cultivate leadership, communication, and self-development skills.
  • Pad-A-Girl Project – Combating Period Poverty:
    Convened the Pad-A-Girl Project, distributing menstrual hygiene kits to over 1000 schoolgirls and training them on menstrual hygiene management. This project has reduced absenteeism in schools, empowered girls with confidence, and promoted SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and SDG 5 (Gender Equality).
  • Support for Widows and Vulnerable Families:
    Led charitable drives that provided food, clothing, and cash support to over 100 widows and families, improving their mental well-being and stability by 55%, and fostering a renewed sense of dignity and hope.
  • Volunteer at the Centre for Public Health & Humanitarian Aid (CEPHA):
    Between 2016–2019, Queen Precious played a vital role in advancing community health awareness, focusing on women’s and adolescents’ reproductive health, HIV/AIDS prevention, substance abuse awareness, and water and sanitation education.
